First Oil Expro Limited is a new licensee in Licence 005.

Mr Johan Dahl, Minister of Trade and Industry, has given consent to a 25% assignment of ENI's equity share to First Oil Expro Limited.

The equity in the License is:

ENI Denmark B.V. (Operator) 25%
Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited 25%
OMV (Faroe Islands) Exploration GmbH 20%
Faroe Petroleum/Føroya Kolvetni P/F 12.5%
Cieco E&P (Faroe) Limited 12.5%
First Oil Expro Limited 5%

An exploration well is currently being drilled within the License.
