Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited is a new license holder in Licence 005.
Mr Johan Dahl, Minister of Trade and Industry, has given consent to a 25% assignment of ENI's equity share to Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited.
The equity in the License is:
ENI Denmark B.V. (Operator) 30.0%
Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited 25.0%
OMV (Faroe Islands) Exploration GmbH 20.0%
Faroe Petroleum/Føroya Kolvetni P/F 12.5%
Cieco E&P (Faroe) Limited 12.5%
An exploration well will be spudded mid July this year using the rig West Phoenix.
